- 1 chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup jalapeño
- 1/4 cup olives
- For filling
- 1 bowl chopped vegetables (as above)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup labneh
- 3/4 cup feta cheese
- 2 tbs zatar powder
- 2 tbs tahini
- 1 tsp periperi
- 1 tsp hot red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions to make to make Falafel wrap
- Make falafel.
- Chopped vegetables.
- Mix sour cream, feta cheese, labneh and tahini. Stir well and make a smooth paste.
- Add all chopped vegetables, zatar powder, peri peri, black pepper, and chilli powder to the above paste. Mix well. Our veggie filling is ready
- Take a wrap. Warm the wrap in a large pan over a medium heat for 1–2 minutes,. Apply Schezwan sauce.
- Lay the veggies filling and falafel on it, then Roll the bread.
- Roast the roll for 1-2 mints.
- Serve hot. Serve with ketchup, chutney or hummus.
